How do you mean Rick18? You can test any part of a F1 car on another car as long as you don't test the complete package as one. So if RBR wants to test their new Renault F1 engine in a Twingo that is completely legit.

What I meant was, usually we don't get to see the next years cars until well...the next year
So I guess what I was trying to ask was, is this really the new 2014 Lotus in the link I posted?
