Which rookies will enter the 2013 season?

Probably Bianchi for Force India but it was too early to say until we have an end to Lewis saga

Bottas will get a race seat. He's proven himself enough.
I reckon Ma Qing Hua will take Karthikayen's seat at HRT too.
Possibly Bianchi will get a seat if DiResta or Hulkenburg move

Bottas will replace Senna Mostly but if any miracle happens then only he can replace Maldonado
Possibly Pic may move higher up the Order so there is chance to see another Rookie

I think it will largely stay the same.
Force India has two top drivers,
STR will stay the same,
Ferrari, if Massa keeps driving like he did in Monza he will stay another year,
Sauber i think will stay the same,
Mclaren same,
Mercedes, Possibly Schumacher retiring but i think he fancy one more year.
HRT, i think the old man will be shown the door and let Ma come in.
RBR same,
Lotus same,
Williams, Senna might have to go.
Marussia, Glock might be released otherwise i think largely the same.
Caterham, Heikki will stay unless there´s a spot available in the top-mid-field.

Complete guesses but we´ll see.

Apparently, if Maldonado had always finished in the position he crashed out of, the resulting prize money for Williams would equal the cash they get from the PDVSA

Still, as of right now I'm guessing it's still Senna's head on the chopping block.
