F1 2010 1min 06.8 with assists on, 1min 12.5 off

In an online sprint I just won, I did a 106.8 at Brazil with all assists except brakes, but in a custom GP with no assists, I couldn't better 1min12.5.....does that make sense?....people say assists off are faster.

LOL, I haven't practiced enough to be faster with my TC off. But abs does slow you down, and auto gear box does slow you down too. eg. at Monza's first chicane, auto doesn't gear down fast enough for you.

I always use a manual box, but with all assists off, I found that my front end was understeer city and that I couldn't get on the gas exiting corners otherwise I'd spin.

online sprint = no fuel and tire sim, custom GP probably had these set activated. That would explain the 6 sec difference.
