Prompted by a user inquiry, I have re-examined my Elkhart setup of a year ago and decided I could do better. Not so easy. It took me a couple of hours to get back to where I was, and a couple more to get better. Like most 911's, this variant exhibits corner-entry push and corner-exit oversteer, which can be somewhat ameliorated by trail braking, but be careful; the car is very brake-balance sensitive. And it needs to be loose near its top speed to make it through the Kink without plowing off nose-first. To be clear, this setup is for the SVRA Group 6 car designed by Mac Ten and available at asset*mods. You will definitely want to double-check my gear choices.
