We all know the Redbull Engine Map Fiasco that Redbull tried to use the Mid range RPM as a Blown Diffuser with the Hemholz Exhaust Technique. They used +40% of Torque to the Reference Map which can be altered with out notifying FIA until the first 4 races.
By Hungary FIA clarified the rule stating that teams Cannot go more than +/- 2% of torque in the MID RPM range to the reference Map.
So Here is My question :
Was it called as Legal when a Team tries to use the Torque by 40% or more at Mid RPM range from Round 1 so that they can gain the Performance advantage in the Reference map and Continue it under the rules by modifying it under +/- 2% for the entire season.
