100% CPU usage - 1 FPS

In the menus everything is okay.
When I start a session the problems starts:
- 1 FPS
- 100% CPU usage (not completely sure, but looks like it in the ressource monitor)
- Graphics are not fully rendered (low resolution, big artefacts in the textures)

Three things happened before the problem started:
- ACC 1.9 Update
- New Nvidia driver
- New monitor

What I did so far:
- Nvidia driver update
- Fanatec driver uninstalled (there was an old problem with Fanatec drivers and CPU usage)
- Fanatec driver reinstall/update
- ACC reinstall
- Old monitor tested - yes, I'm that desperate

All other games work great. AC, AM2, Dirt Rally 2, RaceRoom and all tested none racing games, too.

Does anybody has an idea or solution?

Found the solution in the Steam forums:
Deactivate "Manufacturer Extras" in
Options -> Controls -> Wheel -> Force Feedback (at the bottom)
