    Realistic Grip Levels for circuit_de_la_sarthe 1.1

    I changed the grip levels to more realistic values. Now realistic laptimes can be driven. I have tested the mod with different cars and it is now verry close to real life laptimes. Backup your original files in case you don't like it. Please let me know what you think about the grip levels...
