I want to upgrade my PC because i can only play older racing sims like Assetto Corsa properly, but i want to play ACC. With the current setup i can play ACC only in single mode on low settings.
The current specs of the PC are:
Prosessor: intel core i5 4570
Graphicscard: Asus R9270...

A week or so ago, I started getting 20 to 30% fewer FPS when using AC. I wondered if it was Dynamic Shaders so uninstalled it but that doesn't change much, if anything. I can't figure it out. (the fps drop didn't come just after installing Dynamic Shaders anyway)...
Hope you guys can help me out here. I ran the steam vr performance test and it stated that my R9 290 graphics card was incapable of handling vr. But on the rift website it says that vr will work with that card. I don't want to waste money on a headset if my pc can't run it, but then I don't want...
