Velodrome V.0.2

My first attempt to make a mod with blender and gimp.

It's a little 200 meters long track, it was more or less a joke at the beginning but it became a real thing.

Thanks to all the people who share their knowledge on various AC forums and on Youtube to make this happen.

Works fine with csp 0.1.80-preview115 and sol 2.3 with pure as the weather script.
