INSTRUCTIONS:
Please back-up your original game files.
For best results use a fresh install of F1-2013
Open the downloaded file using WinRAR/WinZIP/7zip Tool
Replace the included archives from the downloaded file in each F1-2013 file
Drag and drop the F1 2013 archive of your downloaded file at:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\<Your Name>\F1 2013\
<Your install may vary>
Select Overwrite Files

Launch your F1 2013 Game

For NEW users installing this MOD for the first time: You will need to create a NEW GAME FILE since now all teams and drivers have changed. Any previous saved game will be corrupt and will not work with this MOD.

Plus Aditional Tracks:

This UPDATE INCLUDES: Mexico, Baharain Night Race, Baharain Day, Baku, Spielberg, Sochi and Hockenheim working models of the tracks since they are not originally
available in F1-2013. The tracks have been created using existing tracks in F1-2013 to make them look and feel like the originals.

Thanks for the review, Kovilaz; If I understand correctly you could go to F1-2013\cars\me2\tracks folder and find me2_sochi.ctf file (or the car you think has better driving) copy this file and paste it in your F1-2013\cars\lr2\tracks folder. Rename your lr2_sochi.ctf to lr2_sochi (backup).ctf and then rename the me2_sochi.ctf as lr2_sochi.ctf. This should work.

OPTION 1: Please try in PROVING GROUNDS - TIME TRIAL using the same team on one of the tracks and see if it loads. If it´s ok, then the TRACK file is fine. I just checked the download and the Tracks and they all work. It must be a case of missing file or misplaced archive on your side.
OPTION 2: Go to TRACK/CIRCUITS folder and delete BAKU and SPIELBERG, then take another track ex. SINGAPORE and rename it as BAKU. That way you will not lose your career.
OPTION 3: Check .CRT files in CARS/TRACKS folder and make sure the Baku.crt file is not missing.

Thanks for the review, klaud888; We plan on releasing a MOD Update after every Calendar Race [Or something like that]. Will include the correct 2017 sponsors for each track and some minor upgrades (Engine power, tire wear, graphics, etc.).
MEXICO & BAKU must be MODed from other tracks since they DO NOT exist for F1-2013.

Thanks for the review, Thang; Also thanks for pointing out this problem. You should not be getting problems with BAHRAIN, since the track should be the same as F1-2013... However I noticed that on v1.0 there was a TEST folder mistakenly included on the download. You should delete BAHRAIN track and replace (or Rename) BAHRAIN DAYLIGHT as BAHRAIN. [This is why we should always have backups]. I will include a TRACK FIX in V1.2, for Night time BAHRAIN.
