I would like to rate, but should possibly be the path in the install file to be checked, because the main menu can not be found.
Otherwise I would give 5 *.

Sorry to ask but I have V2.19 installed. How do I install these skins.

Best way with new UI is to put rfcmp file in directory X:\SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\rFactor 2\Packages
Use Menu Contents\Packages to find package in Vehicle category and install it manually.
