changed to mas file

how to install:

I have changed it to a mas file for 2 reasons
1. Only one file "pr1.mas"
2. includes icons for new UI

Unzip and copy mas file to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\rFactor 2\Installed\Vehicles\Oreca_07_LMP2_2017\2.20"
or what ever is the latest version folder of that car

updated rcd file to use v.2.20

changed to 23_ORECAF8866308.VEH
