Update 1.3

- changed font of the driver numbers
- replaced pax8 with vuzion on the nose
- added #CyberFit to the front wing endplates
- removed the blue strokes from the wheelcovers

The halo on the real car also has had some changes since my previous update, but I'm gonna leave it as it was. The halo on the Hybrid X Evo is kinda low res and the new logos have small texts on them, it just wouldn't look good

Update 1.1

- added FIA Action for Road Safety logo
- adjusted the colors to be a more intense blue tone
- adjusted the stripes on the front wing
- updated ext_config.ini, to fix the wheel blur issue (it now automatically turns off BRAKE DISK FX in CSP settings, while using the skin)
