Restored original RSS missed lines.

If you have previously version you can overwrite only ext_config.ini file and not all the pack.

Important Note

With this mod CSP rain tyre pattern is applied very bad by default. So I decided to add a new wet tires but without rain physics.
Extended Physics flag is not needed for this car. I hope to improve it. Thank you.
