Texture updates and more pit boxes.

I've added multi-layer textures to the track surface and grass and fixed a few tiny bugs.
Now there are 30 pit boxes.

Reims 2.0

I uploaded the updated file but for some reason the track changes did not show up, so it must have been a bad upload. I'll download this version myself and make sure it has worked.

Reims-Gueux V1.1

Just a small update:
Removed the green tint from the tarmac and the circles on the roadside except near pitlane where they're meant to be.

Added a section file for more data (thanks to Fanapryde)

Removed a buggy biulding.
