config uploaded to CSP

Hi,

A quick update to tell you that this config has been merged into CSP config files, so you should not need this mod any more. Content Manager should download it automatically for you.

The grass should be a bit brighter though as it's not recommended to upload a custom grass as I did.

- added lights, grass and weather.
- fixed the tarmac which was too dark when raining
