Phenomenal!!! you really captured the Genius of this Beast sound! get in touch with the 917K creator on AC official forum, you will have less trouble about illegal content. Anyway, sound speaking, it's AWESOME!!! great job!

However, still unsolved the odd problem of this car with the inside sound, which disappears with more than ten cars on track. (On my system at least) It’s a shame.

Excellent work. You bring joy into my life. Im above average interested in racing from the 60s and 70s and these internal sounds are great. I only want to hint that it would be fantastic to have your growling\howling sounds to last a bit longer, but have no idea if that is possible. They appear after shifting gear and comes when not fully rpm as it should, but only wish it could last just a tiny tiny bit longer. Love your sounds.

wanted to update my vote below. This is an excellent sound mod.
I still think the rev blip on down changes revs too high (i mean the pitch - too high in the rev range - not talkning about volume - that is ok)

Just purchased the 917K by RTM (just updated) and had to adjust the Guid's and soundbanks name to make it work but wow this sound is incredibly good and the immersion is awesome. Very good job!

This sound mod changes this whole car for me.. Its fantastic! I have a few issues with the TV cam replay shots.. a few loud bursts that shouldn't be there but i'm sure you can fix them in an update..
It brings the car one step closer to the Classic sounds from the LeMans Movie.. Oh so close.. If you could only get that 'scream' all through the rev range it would be PERFECT!
It's already there when changing up at about 5,500-6000 revs.. But i want more of that Porsche Scream..!

Excellent sound in V2 and problems with interior sound in sessions with multiple 917K's are also solved.

But it's a shame from aspec to sell this car 12 dollars on his site!
For 12 dollars you get an official Dreampack...He has stolen some cars from other modders and try to make some money with..Maybe not all the cars on his site but it's enough for the community to began angry...I don't know if the 917 is a stolen work but 12dollars for one car..try to imagine if hundred guys buy his 917..(12x100=???) ....In the past it was the same problem on Rfactor.
btw Official DLC s are less expensive (exp: triple3 pack: 3euro=3 cars)
I'm ok with donation (like Lake LOuise), but 12 dollars 1 car, it's over
If you compare to flight sim (some aircraft cost 50-80eur), it's nothing, but we're not the flightsim community.

So thank you very much for your work, fit very well on my ferrari 312pb (thanks to SBH team ;))

Hope to see the free version that has been worked on AC forum (However I don't know how the progress goes regarding they shut down the 3D model section due to legal reasons. Enjoy your Ferrari :D

Really, really great sounds...judging from the video. However, I can't get either the present ver (or the previous) to work, despite renaming/editing the rtm BANK and/or GUIDS files. Hopefully, you will be first in line to re-do the stock sfx files when Kunos' 917K is released in two weeks. Cheers!

awesome sound, using as a placeholder on my "Vantage v12 GT3" (which I bought elsewhere, and changed sfx so that it sorta sounds like the V12 AM)
