Thank you for skin. Make sure it is placed in settings folder "Porsche_991RSR_GTE_2017" (not 911).

So you put the rcd file and the folder into the Porsche_911RSR_GTE_2017

Should be located in your: rFactor2/Userdata/player/Settings/Porsche_991RSR_GTE_2017

if it doesn't exist creathe folder under the name "Porsche_991RSR_GTE_2017" in settings folder and then place both files into that folder
