fixed things for getting the mod to work correctly again, with the new MoMods system

Changelog 1.2:
  • Due to the way the game handles these files differently than expected, I had to move things around and split the file again.
  • The needed assetgroup files will be used from Modular Mods - Base Files.
  • Copy one of the new folders (not only the files inside) to the modular mods folder.
I'm sorry about the inconvenience. But is has something positive with it: You could also choose to use no drs only for specific tracks, if you remove some files.
