Updated AI attributes

v1.1 include slightly updated AI-attributes that are identical to the VRC.xml file included alongside Thunderflash's mod pack to prevent any conflicts or differences. In other words, this particular, stand-alone VRC AI file (v1.1) is no longer needed if NAMeS: Real Drivers for Thunderflash Mods is already activated--but there will be no difference in AI performance if both of these NAMeS mods are running simultaneously.

Fixed the archive name to install correctly with AMS2CM

No file update; simply modified the archive name to install correctly with AMS2CM in relation to the VRC mod and available Auriel 90 skin pack.

Tweaked the driver lineup & updated AI attribute values.

v0.2 includes a slightly revised driver lineup and an improved array of AI attributes.

Basically, the range of race_skill was tightened so that the majority of both intra- and inter-driver variabililty would be handled by other characteriestics.
