Fixed small mistake in config

Fixed a small mistake in the config for Symmons Plains Raceway, not sure if it affected others because it somehow worked for me, thanks to user Quark67 for pointing it out.

If you want to fix it yourself and not install this again then go in the config file located in the skin's folder and change the second [SHADER_REPLACEMENT_0] to [SHADER_REPLACEMENT_2].
