Lower Grille 2.0

Give your car that "rally" look with a body-coloured lower grille to cover up those ugly bumper mounts!
You can toggle the grille on and off live, in game, via the ModLoader settings (normally Ctrl+M)
Unnecessary, now fittable.

Note: the mod only picks up the body colour on game load so bear that in mind when you get a respray.
Note 2: no idea what happens with race skins, got someone testing and will report back.
Now reverts to white if decals are detected.

*ISSUE* loads quite slow on the current ModLoader version 0.4.4, CBA to make an Asset Bundle version
Fixed this in the latest version!
