This is a meme mod just for fun but unfortunately Jeremy Clarkson's face doesn't really fit the default driver head shape so it reminds me of someone else
You'll need this driver mod unless it's already installed as I think it already comes with several car mods
INSTALLATION:
Drop the content of the .zip into the skin of a car mod, if the ext_config would be replaced do not do it, just paste the lines from my ext_config into the one in the folder of the original skin.
