Thanks for your effort, i have drm free version 1.16 and the other mod worked out of the box, however this one does not change anything maybe something wrong? english language but no luck, maybe creating a new savegame ?

Thanks man for the download. You need both [SHELL] A and [SHELL] B for the mod to work properly. All the 2019 car liveries
and language are stored on the [CORE] file. Download all 3 for a complete 2019 season mod. Message me on the support tab if you still have errors
