Maybe one of the most documented stories of an F1 team failing to get off the starting blocks, USF1 failed to even start one race. Started by Ken Anderson and Peter Windsor they planned to have James Rossiter and Jose Maria Lopez as their drivers.
This is purely what could've been. There's not a whole lot of information about the team other than the drivers and some of the investors.
