for example, if you want to make Vettel's car have more white and Leclerc's car have more gold.
open the files fe2_gen_high_00.pssg and fe2_gen_low_00.pssg for Vettel's car, export the main livery texture and paint it white.
do the same method for Leclerc's car (fe2_gen_high(low)_01.pssg)
this can be done with every other team.
