Please update to this version to potentially fix the crash issues. If the problem is fixed do let me know!
Small fix to the wastegate controller and ers capacity.
Also increased the weight to 1064kg. (This was also in v1.3 but forgot to mention it)
A realtively small aero update (much needed for the car, but relatively small in comparison to what's coming).

Tweaked the aero in comparison to other high quality leman hypercar mods. The values will be edited later with data from cfd runs of the model i'm making(will be analysed in detail).
Also tweaked the tc and abs a bit, again in comparison to the other mods.

Overall the car feels much better but needs to be tuned to the new aero. Please if you test it, message me with the results of your testing to further improve it!
I had to remake the entire engine because of a mistake i noticed in the standard hypercar power curve, and it was that the graph showed only the top 50% of the power band. In ver.1.1 i used this graph as the entire power graph which is wrong. (I also used the power values of the graph to the power.lut which is a huge mistake because this file reads torque, not power. Rookie mistake, but i'm a rookie in all of this XD) Overall the powertrain is now much more detailed in it's power output.
I also did a couple of small fixes all around with the ers usage etc.
Also, the lights.ini was tweaked so the lights work better for my skins. I suggest you check them out for the complete package.
Finally i did some investigating on the aero for the car, and as expected, it's absolutely horribleXD. Compared to other high quality hypercar mods, which produce about 1700-2000kg of downforce and about 430kg of drag @320kph, this one does 500kg of downforce and about 300kg of drag @340+ (!!!!)
I'll see if i can improve these values a bit by eye by using the other cars as aero targets while the cfd model of the ferrari is being made.

I'd love to hear your opinion on this project so far!

-New fully reworked powercurve using polynomial equations to calculate the rear half-
Tuned the powertrain to better match the hypercar regulations:
  • Now the ICE makes the maximum permitted 674hp at the wheels (previously it was 674 at the crank), and follows the standard LMH power curve (except for maybe the little turbo spike).
  • The Electric motor now produces the correct 268hp at the wheels with an appropriate power curve.
  • Tuned the ers system to 64.214kJ per lap (899MJ per stint - 14lap stint on average).
  • Tuned the fuel usage. The car has a 90liter fuel tank and it can do about 13-14 laps on le mans, or run for about 45-50 minutes, which matches the real sting length.
  • tuned hybrid deployment and engine usage. When the car reaches 190kph the ers and the awd system are activated but the ICE drops from 1bar boost to 0.42 to comply with the maximum 509kW power limit from the BoP.
  • Changed the cars weight to 1040kg to match new source. Might change it to 1064kg to match the BoP for le mans.
As it stands, the powertrain is pretty close to the original, some tweaking is still needed to the hybrid and fuel consumption but in general it's close. The current performance limining factor is, in my guess the aerodynamics, which will need a lot of effort to calculate.
