Final - ONLY NEEDED WITH HAAS/AR SWAP

Hey there! This is an update to the Realistic performance mod.
The mod is now not needed anymore if the Haas/Alfa Romeo swap is applied. There is no new feature, it just updates the performance.

Hotfix + some new features

Hey there! This is a hotfix, but it still adds some cool graphic stuff. Hope you enjoy!

Haas and Alfa Romeo having blurry liveries

Alfa Romeo 2022 boots and caps (thanks to @Jackal-88)
Valtteri Bottas 2022 helmet (thanks to @Jackal-88 )
Zhou Guanyu 2021 helmet
2022 Alfa Romeo and Haas screens
General optimization

PLANS:
Updating performance (extremely likely)
Updating graphical stuff (likely)
Updating rpm data to better reflect ai shifting (possible)
Adding video tutorial on how to install the mod (possible)
Update tyre data according to rl (not very likely atm)
