Nice, hopefully they patch it in the next time. 2 questions though:
1) Do you maybe know when they might patch the language file in? I haven't played F1 2019 and just heard they patched it in later. Did this take long?
2) Is it purpose that for example Leclerc and Sainz have their first name start letter and last name line in the language file ("lng_c_leclerc" and "lng_c_sainz") but Giovinazzi and others don't?

1) Unfortunately, I'm not sure when it will be publicly available - but hopefully with this "push" it will happen someday. Also F1 2019 never had that - you probably mean 2018.
2) Probably intentional? Hard to say.

so this means this game have language file for modify the drivers name's?

Technically it's also available in F1 2019 (the F1 2019 lang file), but same issue - we can't use the edited file yet.

Unfortunately, you can't really use the file proper. With current tools we can only extract the file for now. You'll have to wait until we can use the modified file a bit longer.
