folder level fixed

as pointed out- the folder level for one of the trucks is messed so i fixed it for the next user

ETRC Scania CG17 renamed folder files

this should work i renamed the folder files (car paint etc)
and the folder can be dropped into the
the cars folder "etrc_scania_cg17"

any otehr skins i may have uplaoded should have the names checked i guess, in folder it should say "carpaint" only or "banner"

reupload with PSD files in the zip

Try this it was reported they didn't work in game, i think i fixed it, i could see it in the Content manager viwer now
