Custom SimHUB overlay pack for all games 1.0

This is something i came up recently, and i was being able to make it as my first SimHUB overlay pack

Features:
Onboard Overlay:
- Revmeter with Peak RPM needle (Thanks to Akos Fodi for the code)
- Speed bar with markers, read in kph
- Gear
- Throttle and Brake pedals


Revmeter HUD:
- RPM number and bar with Peak RPM bar (Thanks Akos Fodi for the code)
- Speed in both kph and mph
- Pedals with ABS (Red pedal) and TC (Green pedal) indicator
- Car and track ID
- Gear, obviously
