Fix flames for AC 1.16.3

Added 2 tracks, 2 cars. Corresponds to the AC 1.16.3.

Added tracks Croft and Knockhill.
Added two cars Mercedes A45 AMG TCR.
Tracks updated to the latest versions.
Cars updated to comply with the AC 1.16.3.

NEW SOUND compatible with AC v1.11

NEW SOUND compatible with AC v1.11

Correct file "data.acd"

No more need for manipulation with the files "data" and folders "data". Just after the installation of mod cars and tracks unzip and put "content" folder inside your Assetto Corsa main folder.

BTCC Championship 2016 + sound fix for AC v1.9.3

Add sound fix for AC v1.9.3 (Assetto Corsa/content/sfx). Temporarily for BTCC cars mod v1.1. See the attached file "HOW TO USE"!!!
