In what may be considered the most exciting thing to happen in the 2020 F1 Season, George Russell substituted for Lewis Hamilton in the Mercedes after the 7x World Champion tested positive for Covid-19. This livery aims to replicate the livery used by George in the Sakhir Grand Prix!

I sincerely hope that George Russell is again given the opportunity to showcase his talent in a top car in Formula 1. The win was cruelly taken away from him at Sakhir after a mix-up from the team and a late-race puncture cost him lots of time to the rest of the field. Can't wait to see what happens in the next few years of George's career!

Installation:
To install, first download the zip folder containing the livery files. Once this has been completed, copy these files into your Assetto Corsa game folder. This will look something like this:
?:\steam\steamapps\common\assettocorsa\content\cars\asr_2020_one\skins\(paste here)\
Replace any files that explorer tells you and voila! You should now be able to use this livery in Assetto Corsa!
Helmet Installation:
To allow the use of the HELMET_2012 format with this car, you must first unpack the car data using Content Manager. Next, navigate to the "driver3d.ini" file and open it in notepad. In here, change the driver model name from "asr_driver_2020" to "driver" and save. Finally, re-pack the car data using content manager and voila! You should be able to load the HELMET_2012 format with this car!

A quick mock-up of the helmet George Russell will run on his Mercedes F1 debut at the Sakhir GP later this week. By no means perfect, but should do the trick ;) Note: Visor not included as it is from another mod.

At the moment it's not on my radar to create anything for this car anytime soon, but I might make a W12 livery as the model suits the Mercedes quite well! Not sure when that'll be just yet though! :)
