Environment (7/10) If you want hyper realistic scenery like a track from fat alfie or lilski, this isn't the one for you, but, despite it not having the most realistic or high quality textures, it's very cool what they have come up with. The start/finish straight looks like you're going through the death star, the bridges that link up the grandstands look cool and the rocks at the pitlane really give it a seaside feel.
Layout (6/10) The track is slow, very twisty and has 2 long straights, so a low downforce setup is needed. It's also long, not Nordscheliefe long, but it could take you nearly 3 minutes even in a quick car. I like the first part of the track. There is a massive braking zone before turn 1 and there is a nice chicane where you can really attack the kerbs. However, the 2nd sector for me was a little frustrating. There's this section 1 minute in where there's this set of corners which are all first gear and you never go over 100 km/h. It would be near impossible to pass in a decent racecar. It feels like it's been chopped up and dropped in from a rally stage. If you want a low speed section, take the first 5 turns of the last sector of COTA. They require good skill on the brakes, have plenty of overtaking action and feel pretty cool when you get it right. Fortunatley however, after the "rally" section, there is my favourite corner on the track. A massively banked corner that leads onto the longest straight of the track. When I say massivley banked I mean it as well. It's steeper than even Talladega. Another huge braking zone into a hairpin, and you have a bunch of second gear corners which are decent, before you have a small jump at the end of the final turn which might be annying for some but I find it quirky and fun.
VERDICT: If you like slow tracks, and something from the extraordinary, then this is a must download. If you want some balls to the wall high speed driving like Spa or Zandvoort, then you should probably give it a pass. This is a good, respectable track with lots of effort put into it.
