Alfa Romeo GTA '65 faster AI 1.0

Experimenting a bit with the ai.ini files of cars. Tested the Alfa Romeo GTA, it now laps Silverstone more than a second faster. File contains a new data.acd file and a backup with the original one.

Let me know if there are any issues, I'm still testing on different tracks.
