Updated Car data folder and skins to reflect new driver model

Driver and Skins Installation:
1. Backup original car folder
2. Drag Alfaromeo158_skinsdriver.rar file into 'content manager' and install (overwrite if asked)
3. Rename the original data.acd to 'orig_data.acd' in the ap_alfa_romeo_158_1950 folder
4. leave new data folder as is (it will work fine providing you rename original data.acd file as in 3.)

The car can be found with search Assetto land

Skins UI updated to reflect names of 1950 drivers, nationality and team

Names updated with respective nationalities and teams for leaderboard feedback.

It's not meant to be accurate in terms of team colours but it might be of use when racing
