after update to 1.13 all my results in the car/track tab are empty and will not filled anymore. also i have a lot of red messages in the log tab...

This is a known issue and will be fixed in the next update

This app is amazing. this is a must-have. I am getting some differences on fuel compared to the app must just add a lap or two more, can only get better!

I cannot see any stats, I guess due to the following error reported in the log:
WARNING ARCSharedMemoryMonitor.getShmVersion : Could not parse SHM version into a number - Input string was not in a correct format.

Any suggestion?

1.11.3 the track filters no longer work. i.e. choose brands hatch and it is empty, you have to choose a sub catagory. Before it would list the subs.

updates have always worked since I installed version 1.9.8. With the last one it does not start anymore

This a nice tool for ACC, to be THE BEST needs show us the totalTimeRace from all drivers at final standing and de addTime from penalties.

Í cant set that i see all cars from the session how can i do that?

To view all cars in a session, click on the All Cars radio button (as in the link below)

esta genial la aplicación, pero o estoy confuso o no se hacerlo o la aplicacion no lo permite:

exportar resultados de carrera a excel
la clasificacion final de una carrera como se mira?
veo todas las vueltas, los parciales, las mejores vueltas de cada coche, pero en ningun sitio veo la clasificacion al final de la carrera, aparece algo parecido, pero se ordena por vuelta rapida y no por posicion de carrera,

alguien puede ayudarme?

This is something I am currently working on (hopefully for the next release) by using a different interface into ACC

It doesn't appear to be working right now. Every session I run ends up with the "Car" section reading "Unknown Car" with no data logged. It records the date, time, track, and duration, but not any of the laps. If you could look into this, that'd be great. This app is really great when it's working.

Can you turn on "Write debug messages" to log and "log broadcast activity" on the settings page, then run another sessions. Then copy all text from the log page. Also, go to the Session page, right click in the session light and select "Export Diagnostics". This will create a zip file in an explorer window. Rename the zip file type to "txt" and then send this and the log output

This is a great app , but.....it doens't work. I installed it and it doesn't show any times made in session. I have the correct folders set. How can I contact the creator?

bonjour , l application se lance mais ne me donne aucune données lorsque je roule a part la voiture et le circuit utilisé?

If you are having trouble setting up the app, press F1 to bring up the help (in English only I'm afraid). Alternatively, if you are still having problems, the best place to seek help is the forum (https://www.racedepartment.com/threads/acc-results-companion.172267/)

Unfortunately every time or almost it does not record training sessions (unknown car) and even when I use "fix session" it does not work ...

Hi Knut,
Sorry to hear you're having problems. Can you describe what issues you are having, what type of sessions your are seeing them with (eg offline races/hotlaps or online races) and message me the log file and I'll see if I can resolve them
