This mod replaces original trees on the track with 3D ones using TreeFX. mod data (position and height) is generated by my program based on original tree / treeline data.

For some reason the buildings flicker and spaz out with the reflections. The different 3d trees are better than the 2d no doubt but it's glitchy so far.

Thanks for the review, I have the same problem with the buildings reflections, can't figure why it happens, sorry . As for the trees I will update the models and add missing ones in certain places in the next release.

Hi, the trees are working fine but the buildings glass are flickering with the mod activated.

Still about the same with v1.3, in the beginning it stays at 60fps, but once i hit a few turns it dips into the 40-50's. This is using the cockpit view with steering wheel btw. Outside cameras seem to do better for performance.

Even with the latest 1.2 version, still laggy. Running in 4K with RTX 3090 and 64GB of RAM on Windows 10 Pro. And that's in practice mode with only 1 car. Using Pure 0.190 and CSP 1.80preview346

Getting there, However still a large FPS drop at Druids Hairpin on the Indy Circuit.

Grand Prix Circuit layout is almost undriveable too with this mod...

Please see how the other successful modders have been able to acheive this with better performance success.

Not bad now, but the performance is mediocre with that treefx. Just check ludwig6666 files, he is managing it somehow better.

Very nice work! There is still some work to do at some places, but it already brings the track to the next level. Cant wait for the next update.

Awful. Makes the track lose all background and surroundings. MAkes the track look like its floating in the middle of nowhere.

I had to remove and re-apply an old mod.

The track looks really nice with the 3D trees, but there is lots of room for improvement. I get really strange shadows and even a tree hovering in the air before the last corner.

Thanks for the feedback! I noticed the hovering trees, my tree detection algorithm still needs a bit of fine tuning for each track. Next release will have it fixed hopefully

A lot of performance issues currently and popping LODs. Maybe something to improve, like offering different sets of trees for weaker PCs.
