Privateer Teams that need a Manufacturer
Heuvel Motorsport

Same process as befor. You can only have five of these drivers using your car

(Quick Warning --> If none of these drivers find a seat, they will either use a underpowered Hyundai, VW or Proton, and won't be competitive)

Right, here is what you guys need to do!

@Omer Said --> Nothing for you to do! (You can make offers on privateer teams and drivers though if you so wish)
@Slyfrequency --> You need to bid for two Dakar Drivers (You can make offers on privateer drivers though if you so wish)
@Milos --> You need to bid for two Dakar Drivers, bid on a tyre manufacturer, and sort out your preseason testing (You can make offers on privateer teams and drivers though if you so wish)
@Millsy24 --> Nothing for you to do! (You can make offers on privateer teams and drivers though if you so wish)
@Dan Timmins --> You need to bid on a tyre manufacturer, and sort out your preseason testing (You can make offers on privateer teams and drivers though if you so wish)

@Benutzername --> Nothing for you to do! (You can make offers on drivers though if you so wish)
@Dovi design --> You need to bid for two Dakar Driver choices, and sort out your preseason testing (You can make offers on privateer teams and drivers though if you so wish)
@The_Laskinator --> Nothing for you to do! (You can make offers on privateer teams and drivers though if you so wish)

When I say nothing to do, I really mean wait to hear more on the bids before progressing, but your on top of things

And not all privateer teams participate in each rally?

They participate at seven rallies (so they are kinda like your part timers)

Per post #125, privateers already have drivers, no?

Should have made it a little clearer but the privateer drivers listed above are ones that are not competiting at Monaco and are running the car by themselves. So for example, Pellier isn't driving for a team, so he's competiting by himself and running the car by himself

Might be harsh, but if people fail to meet deadlines like this then DNF them for the next event, if they don't get back to you and forget the game, then remove them from the game and free up the manufacturer for someone else.

Heuvel Motorsport made a last minute deal to continue their partnership with Mitsubishi. Mitsubishi also have given cars to Vincent Dubert, Terry Folb, Romain Martel, Alain Foulon and Frederic Hauswald.

Hyundai agreed deals with Bryan Bouffier, Robert Consani, Jordan Berfa and Romain Dumas to drive their B-Spec car, which is believed not to be that competitive.

Volkswagen followed suit with a B-Spec car, and have given drives to Laurent Pellier, Quentin Giordano, Yohan Rossel and Jean Michel Raoux.

Proton and their B-Spec car only agreed a deal with Igor Giusti

85ème Rallye Automobile Monte-Carlo

Day 1- SS1 (Entrevaux - Val de Chalvagne - Ubraye)

The 2017 Monte Carlo Rally starts with a 21.25KM stage, arriving in the small town of Ubraye. The stage is quick short compared to others on the rally. Like both stages today, the stage takes place on tarmac

Stage 1 saw Mikko Hirvonen put in an excellent performance on his return to Ford, as he took victory on the stage by 3.1s over Kris Meeke, who looks quick on his debut with Skoda. Sebastian Ogier made a very solid return to Citroen, finishing the stage 3rd, 4.6 seconds off the pace of Hirvonen. The two Renault's put in a strong showing, with Paddon finishing 4th and Mikklesen finishing 8th. Toyota also had an encouraging start, with Sordo in 5th and Sirmacis 11th, though Loubet struggled down in 25th.

Skoda had a very good start. As well as having Meeke 2nd, Ekstrom looked strong in 6th place, and Quentin Gilbert was 9th. Tidemand had a tougher time however in 20th. Despite winning the stage, Ford didn't have too much luck elsewhere. Brynildsen struggled with pace down in 23rd, while a mechanical problem costed Yoann Bonato a fair chunk of time, finishing in 27th. Citroen weren't quite where they wanted to be. Lefebvre was disappointed with 18th, while Maurin struggled in 22nd.

Subaru and Mitsubishi both made good returns. Solberg and Latvala put in strong performances to put them both in the top 15, while Mads Ostberg had a great run to finish 7th. Opel and Seat also had solid returns. Seat currently have their cars 15th, 16th and 24th, while Opel have both cars in the points.

Suzuki and Mini both had a tough time on the road. Botka was the highest Suzuki runner in 21st, with Kopecky 30th and Moffett in 37th. Mini had it worse, with Ingram in 29th and Perez way down in 36th. Honda and Al Attiyah were 26th, in what was a tough stage for them as well as they venture into the rally scene.

In the fight for the WRC Trophy, Michel Fabre made a dream start, winning the stage by 5.3 seconds over Grondal in the Suzuki. Atkinson and Ligato managed the same time, a few seconds clear of Plangi in 5th. Bryan Bouffier put in a superb performance in his B-Spec Hyundai.

There wasn't a lot of drama on the stage. Foulon had a spin early on, and finished way down in 52nd place. Dumas in his B-Spec Hyundai and Julius Tannert with his TAIF Motorsport Opel both broke down on stage. They will return tomorrow under Rally-2 rules
