DiRT Rally What Recommended Mods for Dirt Rally?

I just got DiRT Rally in Steam just a moment ago, and I'm fairly new to the Dirt series (and a newbie in general to the world of rally), and was wondering if you guys have any recommended mods to a newbie rally sim racer... I have often race in open wheelers or touring cars, but I wanted to try a new discipline and thus, I wanted to try out DiRT Rally.

Unless, of course, you recommend the vanilla version without mods lol

I think best to play is vanilla DIRT Rally... You can try some skins or graphics improvements, some cosmetics mods. As example i like DIRTier mod http://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/dirtier-mod.7964/

I would learn to handle the cars first and then download and install the better TV camera replay mod. Nothing else needed imo.

I’ve owned this on PS4 since it came out but repurchased on steam (now I have a good pc) purely so I could run the cars with real liveries. Other than visuals I’ve not used any other mods, love the game as it is.

On Dirt4. In Dirt Academy, there's a wheeler available (attached) which shows you how much you input (Wheel turn/angle, Brake, Clutch and Accelerator).
I was hoping you guys can tell me where I can download that kind of wheeler mod.
