Hi Dave. I am no expert on this stuff but I think you go to the rFactor 2 workshop in Steam and subscribe to the track. Then when you log in to the game it will download and install the content.
@Tony or anyone else who knows can you confirm this please?

What's the hold up mate?

I may make it, pc is done and ready, has been for a week, but I decided to makeover the room the rig is in, full Reno then developed, and room is a dust bowl, finally got plastering done, and I was going to paint and lay 600x600 tiles, which would take through next week, but I've decided to clean up, hook up pc in morning, and delay posing and tikes a few weeks to get back on.
I'll do my best.
