Unable to work mods

I've tried every which way but loose to try and get some of these mods to work on my game. I'm mainly interested in the real tyre mod from charging car. I've followed the instructions to put the F1 folder in the generic folder in tracks but there is no difference at all in my game. What am I doing wrong please?

because youre in wrong thread and you have to put it here i think it's a tyre mod as you mentioned:
F1 2013\cars\generics\f1\
