Other than 2-3 exceptions almost everything that was built for the Olympics is going to waste. And that's one of the reasons (if not the main one) of why we are in this situation. I'm actually feeling bad for Brazilians because they are heading towards that way

Liberty Media says No German Grand Prix = Stupidest thing ever. Find an existing racetrack (not Hockenheim or Nurburgring) and make it worthy of F1. It must be in Germany, and have reasonable facilities like hotels and an airport nearby.
