Thrustmaster T500 RS USB not working

Hi, When I connect the USB to Thrustmaster 500rs nothing happends. On ps3 and pc, on pc the wheel dont even show up, and when I go to the Thrustmaster control panel than it dont find any connected wheels.

Any one know what I can do?

And the power cable is the blue light on, so that should work?.. so I think if have to be the USBlll

Is the red light on the front left of the wheelbase unit on i.e. is the power getting from the brick, through the connector and into the wheel ? Is it out of warranty ?
