Really it depends I try and get it that I turn my wheel 90% of full turn of the wheel for the tightest corner. This on inital set up can be altered my changing the sensativity of the wheel and then the steering lock for that car.

normally its about 11, but it goes from 9 (valencia) to 13 (pau), depending on the track
and 50% sensitivity ingame

Lock and rotation go together; you can't say one without the other otherwise it doesn't really.. mean anything.

I use 610/23 usually, in the WTCC cars - although if I want a little more scope for a slightly tighter ratio on a particular track, I'll use 540 with 21.5-22.5.

I like my onscreen wheel to match the DFP so I have rotation on 240 and use 13ish lock in the setup. FF feels really great like that.

I use 180 degree steering with 14-15 lock. This way i can make very fast corrections on the behaviour of the car with steering (short and fast move of the wheel)

i actually dont understand why not to use the full 23° and only set up the wheel rotation.
that should be the best at all, or are there any hidden details i would need to know??
