The Russian one is cheaper but it has to be activated and played in that region. It will work nowhere else besides that region. Better to get the worldwide one unless you're in the Russian steam region

Yeah, that is what I ment by I know its region locked(I just wrote it in a stupid way...) But wondered why its that big differance in price, have seen Russion region lockd games there before but not normally a big differance in price. And that price was like over 50% cheaper...

The value of Russian currency compared to the euro, pound, and dollar is weaker thus resulting in the price difference. Steam until late last year had no region coding and you could freely buy from any region.

what is the differance between those 2? I guess with that price differance it have to be more than language that is differant...I know its region differant ofc, but its like 50% differance in price...

I think you can't use it out of that region.
