Imo the engine&aero packages are not balanced well, Lotus should be a no-brainer for every team.

Team again (however the manufacturers will bring upgrades throughout the season for your cars)

There is 6 driver upgrades and 6 team upgrades. Drivers have a smaller budget to begin with but have cheaper upgrades overall. Teams have bigger budgets but more expensive upgrades (apart from two of the pit crew upgrades).

That wasn't my original plan but if enough people support the idea, there is no reason why I couldn't implement it
