Additional timezone Rallys may be created on request.

If the USA Session drivers prefer a different Start time, please let us know, we can be flexible to suit.
* EUX, EU, USX, US, and OC events will only be created on request - so please mention which zone you're signing up for. If no one signs up for a listed Session, it will not be created on the Server.
All sessions will be combined together for an overall result for the event. You can only run on one session.

** PLEASE NOTE re Car Selection:

1. To help ensure a more mixed car selection, please select a car from the available list in the Sign-Up post (below). Only a limited number of each car will be available, so first in best dressed. All cars are closely matched in performance. If more drivers sign up after all cars are allocated, then we may add additional cars at our discretion.

2. IN ADDITION, all drivers who dove in the previous Rally with these cars (Mud & Slush @ Japan), MUST choose a different manufacturer of car to the one you used last time. ie. If you drove a Subaru 99, you cannot choose the Subaru 99 or Subaru 00.

Please, only sign-up if you intend to join, to help prevent limiting car choices to others who may sign-up later.


NOTES:

• You will require the RSRBR 2012 Mod & Update 03, in order to participate, please see the Installation and Usage thread.

• You will also require the A8W-99 and A8W-00 car packs.
• Teamspeak is highly recommended, and adds to the fun.

IMPORTANT:

• Please sign up in the following format: RD Name (RSRBR2012 Name) - Session. Include your car choice.
• Take a screenie of RSCenter, or save your times, showing your final results at the end of the rally (including the car you drove!). This is in case any of your stages are missed by the server. If there's a discrepancy, please post your times ASAP so we're not adjusting times over 24 hours later.
• You must stick with the same car throughout the rally - if you change, your times for those stages will be defaulted.

IN ADDITION, you cannot choose the same car manufacturer that you used in the previous Rally with these cars (Rally - Mud & Slush @ Japan). eg. If you drove a Subaru, you cannot choose a Subaru this time.

If you didn't drive in the previous Rally, then you are free to choose any car from the list.

Here is the list of cars used by drivers in the previous Rally with A8W-99 to 00 cars.

Our next Rally is open for sign-up.

For this Rally, we return to the theme of one of our previous Rallys, and the early years of WRC Rally Cars, 1999 and 2000. These cars are typical 4WD Rally Cars, but lack some of the power and smarts of modern Rally Cars. These Car Packs have a wide selection of cars available, but all are very closely matched, with some variation in handling / weight characteristics.

For this Rally, we return to classic snow conditions, and use all of the default Finland Stages.
The weather also varies for most Stages, with daylight also varying, and a Mix mod stage to finish with the snow starting to thaw.

Again, to ensure full variety of cars used, we have included a restricted range of cars on sign-up.

PLEASE NOTE: You must select your car from the available list in the sign-up, so early sign-ups get a bigger choice of cars. Don't worry, all cars are closely matched in performance, but may have slightly different handling characteristics.

We also have an additional rule for car choice. All drivers who participated in our previous rally with these cars MUST choose a different manufacturer's car this time. See details in the sign-up and the provided list of drivers and cars used last time.
If you didn't drive the previous rally, you are free to choose any of the available cars.

Also note, we will be running this Rally theme regularly, and the car restrictions will continue. So your choices will be limited until you have driven most manufacturer's cars.

To be fair to your fellow members, please only sign-up if you intend to join, we don't want "maybes" reserving cars and limiting others choices. So if you are a "maybe", please leave your sign-up to later.

DRIVER BRIEFING NOTES:

1. These cars are all 4WD and handling should be familiar to those used to driving WRC cars. All cars are similar in performance, but may handle slightly differently. The Corolla and Escort are a little tailey, but you can improve that with small setup adjustments. The Skoda feels a little heavier, as expected.

2. RBR Pacenotes are designed for default cars, Normal conditions and Good weather. Please remember to adjust your speeds to suit these cars.

3. Tyre selections are the drivers responsibility. If you use the automatic tyre selection option in RSRBR2011, please beware that sometimes it may give you the wrong tyre for the conditions. Always double check your tyres, it is critical. This is especially important for Snow Stages.


If requests are made for any additional timezones, or changes to Start times to better suit your local needs, we will try to include them ( but within the Monday/Tuesday periods).

All drivers please note:

Update 04 has now been released. This update affects Car Packs A8W-99 and A8W-00 which are being used in this Rally, so it is recommended that you install the Update prior to running this Rally.
The main change (for this Rally) to these car packs is a new model for the Subaru Impreza, so if you choose this car, you should update. You will also need to update the Car Packs too.
If you don't install the Update prior to running this Rally, it should still work ok, but you will use the older car model.

I have murdered two different sets of marshals on Sikakama. Very annoying.

Was not too happy with my first 2 stagetimes, but on Sikakama I rolled heavliy esrly on and had a CFH, then I rolled again towards the end of the stage and lost the brakes en the car. Argh! The stage that I have njoyed the most since I started driving the game has turned on me yet again
Again the rest of the rally was used to salvage some kind of result, and the focus was on getting back past Alasdair at least.
Too bad with your problems on the final 2 stages, Andrew, you had a very good pace today!

Now all I have to do is wait for Magnar and Fernando to shred my times
