Am I allowed to use a default skin provided by the game or do I have to download the skin pack and use of the skins there?

PS, I'm not having a go or anything, I quite new here as you can see and am just trying to understand how he managed to get away with this, regarding the rules.

if noone put in an official complaint, then nothing will happen, the post race chat on here does not equate to a complaint (thankfully).

I dont get how event organisers are Not actually moderating the event, they should be checkin names against sign ups and look for easy and obvious rule breaking like blatant corner cutting as thats not hard to scan thru as most tracks have 1-2 corners that can easily be cut etc..

A fair amount of time will already go into it, plus they generally participate in the races, not possible to watch everyone in every race all the way through for things, they rely on (rightly) people to report things back.

you can use a default skin and you don't need to download the skinpack.

That would be even better, but maybe video is too big, if it is not possible, audio should be enough.

Not alot of time to post in a forum and start a dedi to be fair, i do understand time is something these chaps give and its appreciated that they do, 2 mins to check names match isnt alot, replays - sat on a known cut corner may take 20 mins which is alot to ask of the guys but it would be good, of course the rest would need reporting as they are/do race too.

i don't know what happened, on lap 10 of the first race everybody disappeared from my screen and then a few moments later i was disconnected from the server
