TIP: To monitor a corner for cutting do this:
Launch fraps.
Load the replay.
Use the free roaming camera to look down at the corner in question (hawkeye style).
Leave fraps recording for the whole of qually\race. Make sure you wither have the lap numbers displayed or video timing (you will need to select a car that did the whole race)
You will need plenty of hard disk space. Fraps will automatically create separate DVD size files (4.2GB). 4.2 GB is about 10 minutes worth of recording.
Now here is how to catch the cutters:
Load the 4.2GB file into virtualdub.
The cars will whiz round forwards and backwards however fast you want by moving the slider. Use home and end keys to highlight the video evidence and then select your desired compression then save the file.
Alternatively just use a pen and paper to note down the lap number or video timing of the cutting for your incident report.
Someone cutting on purpose should get warnings, temp ban, etc.

The above is also good for recording someone's entire race and wizzing it forwards and backwards at any speed you like. Much easier than the replay fast forward.

I was at the back so did not see Sergio. If nobody does an incident report I will consider recording his race but I am very busy this week.

Hi martin, i appreciate and im grateful to see an helpful community member, thought you have liked vids ive made :) im ok with recording and editing my friend, but great help for others there.

I also have my incident recorded just having problems uploading with youtube at the moment, what you have suggested is the same i thought event admins did, i believe they should but watch instead of recording, there is a reason why theres alot whom can take 5 seconds off a track regular and that is one.

Heres a 2 vids of a guy whom did cut every lap to which is how he gained a place and won the race, can you guess who it was? :D i highlighted it well but i have not reported it i posted this in the event thread also.
